Return Policy

Return period

You have the right to return POS equipment within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Conditions for return

• The product must be in original packaging, complete with all accessories and documentation
• The product must not show signs of use, installation or damage
• The product must be in working condition (if applicable)
• Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items

• Custom-configured POS systems
• Software licenses after activation
• Consumables (thermal paper, ribbons) after opening

Return process

1. Contact us via phone or email to initiate the return
2. Pack the product securely in original packaging
3. Send via Nova Poshta or other carrier to our address in Lviv
4. After inspection, refund will be processed within 5 business days

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or our error.
