In Lviv we visit on site: deliver, connect and configure. For customers in other cities most tasks are handled remotely via TeamViewer, AnyDesk or a Telegram video call — POS software, Checkbox PRRO, printers and scanners, plus cashier training.
To start remotely you need: the equipment connected to the internet, remote desktop access and 15–20 minutes of your time.
How long it takes and what it costs
Most installations are completed in a single visit or a single remote session. The price depends on the number of workstations and the scope of work — we fix it before we start. If you buy the hardware from us, setup is included.

Frequently asked questions
Can a POS system be set up remotely?
Yes. Remotely we handle most tasks: installing and updating POS software, Checkbox PRRO registration, connecting printers and scanners, receipt printing setup and cashier guidance. You only need internet access and remote access to the computer or terminal.
How much does POS setup cost?
It depends on the number of workstations and the scope of work. We fix the amount before starting, so you know the exact figure after a short consultation. For hardware bought from us, setup is included in the price.
Do you register PRRO?
Yes. We register PRRO with Checkbox: file the 1-PRRO application, add cashiers via the 5-PRRO form, connect to the Tax Service and print a test receipt. The step-by-step process is described in our PRRO registration guide.
Do you work with equipment bought elsewhere?
Yes. We connect and configure hardware from other shops. If a model is incompatible with your software or PRRO, we say so before the work starts.
How long does it take to launch a checkout?
Typically one visit or one remote session. More complex cases — migrating a large product database or a multi-site chain — are scheduled separately.
