🛒 Cash register equipment for a shop in Lviv: what you need and what it costs
Opening a shop in Lviv or upgrading your checkout? Here is what cash register equipment a shop needs, how to choose it and what it costs in 2026 — no fluff.
🛒 What a shop's cash register kit includes
A modern shop checkout is not just a "cash register" but a set of devices and software:
- 🖥️ POS terminal — the brain of the checkout: it runs your accounting software and the PRRO
- 🧾 Receipt printer — prints fiscal receipts
- 🔍 Barcode scanner — fast item scanning
- ⚖️ Trade scales — if you sell by weight (optional)
- 📶 Router — stable internet for the PRRO
- 💿 Software + Checkbox PRRO — fiscalisation and accounting
- 🏷️ Label printer — for price tags (self-service shops)
A minimal kit for a small shop is POS terminal + receipt printer + scanner. Add the rest as your needs grow.
